LATEST PROJECTS
Initially, the children are given a piece of wire and discussed about various expressions that they know about. I asked them to express the same with the wire and to produce an art piece with their own interpretation. The work produced by the children from these wires turned out to be really amazing.
This work can be produced in a dark room only. The whole room became the students' canvas, the light sources were their brushes and the colour of the light was their paint. The children painted their canvas with this new technique and made some awesome photographs. Stop motion, light retention are some of the photographic techniques that they learnt in the process of this module.
This is an interesting topic where technology helps children to explore art in an unique way. Depicting themselves as a canvas and allowing their peers to paint on them by using technology tools. This class is always enjoyed by all the students as they enjoy playing with their friends. The canvas has been transformed from a passive medium to someone they can relate to, make fun of, and express with too.
